Central and well equipped with the added bonus of being able to use the main hotel facilities. Maid service and clean towels daily. Does have a fridge but no welcome water or tea/ coffee sachets so come prepared.
Lovely quiet place to stay. Rooms are serviced every day and the view of the ocean from our top floor studio was lovely sitting on the balcony! Only slight negative, stray long hairs had been missed by the hoover or they could’ve been left by the female cleaners - I’d recommend flip flops in the flat. All in all a lovely room.
I was in room 3009 for 2 nights. The room cleanliness was pristine. The room is ok in size. Maintenance in room was not so good the wall next to the table is scratched and in need of a hand of paint.one of the sofas close to the table was really in bad shape. Also the chair bed did not had a cover. The bathroom is but the shoer was not switchable from the ceiling to the handshower. Clearly lack of coordination between housekeeping and maintenance. It's my 4th time there mainly the choice is because the location and the room sound insulation. Also would be nice to have umbrellas when raining. You have to walk to another hotel to have breakfast. When raining its a bit fussy if you don't have one...
Both ladies on the reception I would give them 10 stars. We crossed the corridor with a maintenance guy, we bot said "Bom dia" and no response. They should be instructed to at least give a smile back. Value form money is fair. Excellent location. Excellent for a business trip. Alo a small detail the mirror on the room is located at the wrong place. You cannot see your foot because of the bed.
